Eligibility and Age Limit
You may use LuckyStat only if you can legally enter into these Terms and comply with the laws that apply to you. Lottery participation is age-restricted; you must be 18+ or meet the legal minimum age in your country or region before buying lottery tickets elsewhere.
Service Description
LuckyStat is a statistical analysis platform that provides insights based on historical lottery draw data, saved presets, generated combinations, and related account features. Our service is intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, process bets, or operate lottery games.
No Lottery Affiliation
LuckyStat is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by EuroMillions, national lotteries, lottery operators, or ticket retailers. Names of lotteries and operators may be used only to identify publicly available draw data.
No Guarantees
LuckyStat does not guarantee any lottery outcome. All analysis, combinations, and insights are based on historical data and statistical patterns. Past results have no influence on future lottery draws. Users acknowledge that lottery draws are random events.
Subscriptions, Billing, Taxes, and Price Changes
Paid plans may be offered on monthly or annual billing intervals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off before renewal. Prices may exclude taxes, VAT, or similar charges unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes may be added by Stripe at checkout. We may change plan features or prices, but material price changes for existing paid subscriptions will be communicated before they take effect where required by law.
Cancellation Flow
You can cancel renewal from Account -> Subscription by turning off auto-renewal or selecting Cancel subscription. The current implementation sends a request to update your Stripe subscription so it is set to cancel at the end of the current paid period. You keep paid access until that period ends, unless we state otherwise or a refund/withdrawal right applies.
Refunds and EU Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online service contract from the day the contract is agreed. For digital services or digital content, this right may be limited where you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that withdrawal rights may be lost or reduced once the service starts, as permitted by applicable law. To request withdrawal or a refund, contact support@luckystat.com with your account email and subscription details. Refunds outside mandatory legal rights are handled case by case.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, abuse billing or refunds, create security risk, infringe third-party rights, or use LuckyStat unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misrepresent LuckyStat as a prediction or gambling service, not to use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization, and to comply with all applicable local laws regarding lottery participation.
Intellectual Property and User Content
LuckyStat, its software, design, branding, analysis methods, and service content are owned by LuckyStat or its licensors. You retain ownership of data or content you submit, save, or generate through your account, but you grant LuckyStat a limited license to host, process, display, and use it as needed to provide and improve the service.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update features, plans, data sources, limits, or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms apply without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by a court or authority that has lawful jurisdiction under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
LuckyStat and its operators are not liable for any financial losses incurred through lottery participation. Our service provides data analysis only and should not be used as the basis for financial decisions.
